Exchanges::
If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, it is damaged, or not what you expected then we will cheerfully exchange or refund your money. Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following refund & exchange conditions:
• You must indicate your intention to exchange/return within 7 days of the date of delivery.
• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached - This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.
• In the case of items being exchanged due to faults, we will re-send the new item free of additional carriage charges, all other exchanges incur return freight charges.
